Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At ABCD Clean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Please choose wisely; refunds are unavailable for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or finding a better price elsewhere. We suggest reviewing your order thoroughly before adding items to your cart and completing your purchase.
  • If you’re uncertain whether a product is suitable for you or your intended use, we highly encourage you to contact our team before making a purchase to discuss your concerns.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law for up to 2 years.
  • Please get in touch with our customer support team within 14 days of this problem to report the issue and arrange for a return.
  • We will assess the product and, if deemed faulty, provide a repair, replacement, or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Warranty Claims

  • All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
  • If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team to initiate a warranty claim.
  • We will guide you through the warranty process and arrange for a repair or replacement as appropriate.

Exclusions

  • Our return and refund policy does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by misuse or neglect
    • Change of mind

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • If an item is returned to us in unsuitable, non-original, or non-resellable condition, we may decline your return request and return the product to you at your expense. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. Please email us the tracking information based on the carrier you choose, so we can monitor the return from our end.
